We currently only ship in Thailand.
Bangkok : Orders will be delivered via GrabExpress, LINE Man, and Food Panda. Deliveries will be immediate after order has been approved. Exceptions to immediate delivery time is when customers request order to be sent another day, when our shop is closed, or when product is out of stock.
Outside of Bangkok : Orders will be delivered via cold-chain delivery service Inter-Express. After confirming a delivery date between Gut Feelings Co., Ltd. and customer via message or call, the order will reach customer within 1-3 days from Bangkok.
Gut Feelings Co., Ltd. will not be liable or charged for any product damages or loss of product after we hand over our kombucha to delivery third party.
Cancellations can be made before product is shipped out for delivery. Once Gut Feelings Co., Ltd. inform customer product is out for delivery via message or call, cancellations can not be made.
Customers are able to change delivery date and time for their kombucha order if their order has not been out for delivery.
